A one-hour session has a medical aid payout amount of R1,000, subject to scheme approval and available benefits. Confirm cover with the practice before booking.
Some medical aids do not cover additional time, reports or forms. Possible extra costs are discussed upfront.
Medical aid details are checked on the day of booking to see whether benefits are available.
With approval, payment may be processed directly through the medical aid.
Private patients, or patients with depleted benefits, may pay by credit or debit card.
Consultations must be approved by medical aid or paid immediately after the appointment.
Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no shows may attract the full fee, except in emergencies.
